super update! because I haven't in years.
Talkin to marsey and the chibs has made me want to update! but since my life is lame, I have nothing to update about... ><
I'm sleepy. I have to model some strawberries for my 8 am class tomorrow and I really don't want to. What a slacker I am. I just want to stay in my bed all day and read or draw. Is this too much to ask? Probably. I have a really super tight schedule I have to keep to so my demo reel is awesome. I'm a tiny bit behind already. blah. I really should be modeling... I hate 3D! I thought I was done with it...
Anyhoo, I've been reading some really good books lately, because Mum got me some for Christmas. I'm in teh middle of "Never Let Me Go" by Kazuo Shiguro, and it's really interesting. You're confused at first and then it starts making sense and you're like "ooohhh." But I won't spoil it and give it away! "The Glass Castle" by Jeanette Walls was amazing! And since it's a memoir, it's true. How she grew up and what her parents valued and didn't; it's amazing. Seriously, read it. I think I read it all in one go. I couldn't put it down.
I had to put never let me go down because of school and all, and then it was in my backpack and I left it on the bus! Egads! It was horrible. Nothing really important was in the bag, just the book, a note book, and my sketchbook, plus my pencil case. But still, my sketchbook!!! I need that! And it's the same backpack I've had since 6th grade. I'm attached to it. I seriously don't know how I left it on the bus, I remember having it... but I called Port Authority just in case, and thank goodness they had it. So I went on an adventure today to get it back. I literally drove around the southern side of pittsburgh trying to find the stupid collier garage. when I finally found it, there were allthese signs about authorized personel only, and it wasn't clear where to go, so I almost got hit by buses a couple times. It was a very traumatic experience! But, I got my backpack with all my stuffs in it back, so it's all good I suppose. Now I should model strawberries. but my bed is calling to me...
I love my bed. I truly do. I'm in it all the time, it's just so warm and comfy. Sometimes Poofy poof and kakumei come visit and sleep with me. Megan did a couple nights ago! Hooray. But the number of people allowed in my bed is very limited. You are probably not one of them. Maybe I'm just not a caring person. >
