Today I quit my job of 12 years
I'm going in today to tell them to give me no more new work. I will finish my obligations (I won't fuck them like they fuckt me) and friday they will see me no more.
It isn't easy leaving a secure job especially me being their #1 man. When they stole both my helpers while I was in Texas, it crippled me financially, physically and emotionally. I have lost almost $15,000 since january not to mention the pain my tendons and muscles are still going through.
I will have everything finished by friday and nobody will be able to say I couldn't or didn't finish my obligations. I finished them and now I'm leaving.
You're only as good as your last job and those people are surely going to miss me.
I went on an interview last week and I felt like a first round draft pick. I am excactly what they are looking for. This company has been trying to get me to work for them for a few years now but I didn't want to leave the security of where I was.
