just a rant...
you know those days where you are bitchy - for no reason (yes, that does include pms!). You wake up bitchy, get to work and are bitchy and everything irritates you and you really just want to be left alone to bitch to yourself because you know that your fury is completely irrational.... yeah, it's one of those days. it might have something to do with the cat that isn't mine keeping me up all night because she's feeling neglected and wants to be loved on. it might have to do with being broke and knowing that it isn't going to get any better anytime soon (the plague of starting a new job and being low man on the totem pole during low call volume times...) and even as i type and list all my frustration i am flexed again.... GODDAMN IT!
okay... so not flexed, just forced to take an EARLY lunch... early meaning two hours after I got here. On the up side though, they're asking to change my schedule. 11:30 - 7:30. which means i would only get 30 minutes for lunch... not quite sure how i feel about that... but it means i could stay out later on the weekends... which means i could spend more time with ryan... hmmmm.... i dunno. i kinda like the early morning thing. it means i get this computer which comes equipped with the things i need to get on aim and live journal and read online comics... but i get flexed alot because i am the one who leaves the earliest... grrrrrr.... i hate outsourcing with every partical of my being. i don't understand how 'They' manage to justify that when EVERY person i talk to on the phone is pissed because they've spent the last six hours on the phone because the Indian or European tach they got the first time didn't understand them well enough to get that all they needed to do was run one removal tool and instead had them digging through add remove programs for hours. Nice of them.... Whatever... At least they're nice to me then. Maybe that's what we should do to make people start being nicer to people in the service industry - just send every American in the industry on vacation for like a week and replace them all with indians and such and then they'll all be much more appreciated and better treated when they get back. It should be a once a year thing tho so that noone forgets. Bastards. Only this is americans we're talking about and all those people would come back from their vacation to find themselves replaced so that everyone else can save a buck or two. Except maybe the tech support people... whatever. I should just move to sweden. i hate them all. don't ask who "them" is, because i'm really not sure, but i hate them. whoever had the bright idea to outsource should be shot.
