I personally believe that Jesus' world wasn't much different from ours. Evil still ran wild. Jesus' family even had to escape from Egypt because King Harrod wanted all the babies in Bethlem under two years old murdered. Sounds like some leaders of the day! Harrod was an evil man. I believe that the stresses were way different though. :) But as far as 'evil' goes... Same then as now.
My pastor did a sermon on Christmas, bringing up Jesus' world. When it actually gets posted (if it does) you can go to http://www.foclutheran.org/sermons.html for it and listen to it, if you so please! :)
That's about all for now. Hmmm... I did buy Chicago on DVD

I got lots of stuff... electric shaver, $150 cash, Chap Stick, Family Guy Volume I on DVD (I bought Vol. 2 last night)... But what I liked most of all is that my grandma donated to Samartin's Purse, in my name. :)
I love my grandma sooooooo.... much!
