So my brain reprogramming is going pretty well for the most part. Unfortunately, I had a mild shut down, all because I ate a bagel with cream cheese for breakfast. That lead to a rice krispie treat, cookies, and white pasta for dinner. BAD ME! BAD! But I am back on track today. I have had a bottle of Naked© and am workin on a bottle of water. I wasn't hungry enough for lunch. I am kind of hungry now, but plan to eat dinner at about 5. I am thinking of going on a raw fast this week, which means nothing but raw foods and water. That should cleanse my system of the crap I ate. Another reason I am doing this is cuz my cafeteria is SO not health friendly. They don't even have veggie burgers, tofu, or wheat pasta available. WTF?! I mean, I have some tofu in my room as well as wheat pasta. But not much.
I kindly ask not to leave any discouraging notes. I have done my research on this and I will not be unhealthy or anorexic. I know where to get my nutrients. I do NOT need to rely on meat or dairy to be healthy. In fact, meat makes losing weight so friggin hard because of all the hormones and other crap they put in it, as does dairy. Milk comes from a cow. It is meant to supplement BABY COWS! It has some vital nutrients in it, but also a lot of crap that isn't meant for people. I can get the nutrients in nilk elsewhere. Not to say I am never eating dairy again. I am just greatly cutting back on it and not downing milk like I used to. My exercising hasn't been as up to par as it should be. It is just hard for me to find the time. I do most of my homework at night and I am always busy during the day. blehblehblehblehbleh i have nothing more to say.
