Heavy Rain: Four Days Challange
Heavy Rain is doing a pre-release promo event, I figured I'd give it a shot. It seems like it'll be a cross-site promo like some of the lighter AR stuff that's been popular, like the Cloverfield one. The main idea is to introduce people to the game's antagonist, the Origami Killer. The first puzzle was an anagram puzzle pointing at this twitter account: http://twitter.com/perfectfolds , which goes back to mid December. Seems like he spent most of Tuesday reading the paper and live-tweeting about it. I have to get behind anyone using Twitter for their campaign that makes fun of people making stupid trivial updates. That said, when he tweeted that he can't sleep again at 4am and I was there for it, the game did seem pretty cool.
It just started Tuesday and the next part of the event isn't until next Tuesday, so if any of you might be into this sort of thing you're in time to catch it.
