I love AUs like this so, so much. Favourite lines:

“You don’t like anyone, that’s just your baseline.” Oh, teenage!Arthur.

a rich international student who sells drugs in a very organized manner, apparently. Admit it, Arthur - organization is such a turn on.

Arthur doesn’t realize just how much he likes it until Eames pulls away, murmurs, “Shit,” right against the hollow of Arthur’s throat. This is stupidly, unfairly hot to me, for some reason. Also, tie pulling, oh man! Such a kink.

This is seriously awesome; I love your characterizations of all of them, and the way they played off each other was excellent.
