Curious people, you're so awesome

Living in an isolated community (a boarding school in England) has really brought home how lucky I was to go to Wooster. While the people here are some of the most fabulously nice I've ever met, many of them are not interested in discussing random topics or sharing academic knowledge (outside of the classroom, that is). At Wooster, it seemed that people from all different crowds were happy to share academic thoughts and theoretical ideas, and even propose hypotheses to explain mysterious everyday phenomena (e.g., "I find that when I smoke my cigarette faster, my clothes reek more. Maybe it's because ________?") instead of commenting on a phenomenon and not wondering WHY.

Curious people are wonderful.
