IIIIIIITT'SS THE END OF TERM

I still have a lot of work to get done while I'm on holiday. And we have mock exams when we go back. But in any case:

It was our usual thing for the end of a term - turn up without any of your stuff thinking that there aren't going to be any lessons, then find out that there are, give in the biology coursework (that I was up doing until 2AM, but I didn't care, because it WAS ACTUALLY FINISHED and it's my LAST COURSEWORK EVER at this school EVER!!), clean up the common room before we are allowed to leave, and waste time playing minesweeper or the Wikipedia game. Then Nando's. Where I ordered far too much but it didn't matter really because I hardly ever get to do that.
I spent the whooooole day on either FFXII or Sims 2: Seasons. Seasons has finally made everything more interesting in general, plus, I think somehow my Sims got cleverer. I was playing a house of 9 Sims and a cat, and they all seemed more capable of taking care of themselves than usual. ...That was, until someone got pregnant and the cat kept nearly starving.
FFXII I'm especially happy about because after trying over and over and OVER to get the Foe: wind - weak gambit from some treasure chest (I sewar it was the MOST LIKELY outcome of the chest, and STILL, it took me, like, 20 tries) I had managed to level up enough to go back and kill all those marks and bosses that were too hard for me before. Ring Wyrm, took a while and a few Quickenings, but he went down. Earth Tyrant, gone. Orthros, who I hadn't even bothered trying after that horrible nightmare that was the White Mousse... was actually pretty easy. I didn't even use the reserve team members. And that black jelly blob was quite pretty to boot.
