- Penguins. Fuzzy fluffy happy cute pengie pengie penguins. ♥ I love them so much. I collect anything penguin-related, big or small. Hell, even e-mailing me the cutest penguin picture you can find would make my day.
- Ezio/Leonardo bromance fic. Or a comic would be really cool. Hahahahaha.
- Historical fiction books. After falling off the SF/F bandwagon, I decided that historical fiction is by far my favorite genre. I haven't had too much time to read lately but I miss it a lot and want to start doing it more, and it would help if I had some good historical fiction books that I'm really excited to read. Hell, you don't even have to give me the books, just give me recommendations and I can try to find them at the library. As far as historical periods go, I'll be happy with just about anything AD and before 1900, but I'd be particularly interested in East Asian history, since I haven't read much of that.
- A really good historical fiction movie? When I went home for Thanksgiving, I went through our DVD library but found sadly few historical movies that I hadn't already seen 32784 times. I'm less interested in big blockbusters and more into indie/art house films, so if there's a really good not-so-well-known historical movie you love, send it my way or even just tell me the title and I'll find it.
- Music by The Shanghai Restoration Project. I love them so very very much. ♥ I only have their self-titled debut CD, Instrumentals, and Story of a City right now, so I would love the rest of their music. Downloads are fine.
- Find me a working download of the Rosetta Stone Mandarin software so I can finally work on learning Chinese! I'm not usually a proponent of software piracy, but it's like... $700, and I don't have that kind of money. Dannel and I tried earlier this year but the downloads he found didn't work. :(
- PORN. Other than what's been posted to yaoi_daily, I haven't really kept up with the BL manga scene since the beginning of the summer, and I am sadly lacking in hot and sexy male lovin'. Just like, send me your favorite recently-scanlated manga or something? Let me know if you want to know what mangaka I like because I can be a little picky.
- Crash space in NYC next semester if I have to come in for interviews at NYU/Parsons/companies I am applying to? Yeah I know that's a retarded gift but still, you'd be saving me so much money if I don't have to pay for a hotel.
- This is also retarded, but I really need socks. Most of mine have holes in them but I continue to wear them anyway. Just FYI I have big feet (~size 10.5).
