Mostly dot hack ramblings.
I have to admit, I have gotten quite addicted to .hack//G.U., despite being so turned off by its main character. Haseo is such a jackass, SRSLY. I keep wanting to punch him during his exchanges with Atoli. Sure, Atoli's a bit loopy and occasionally gets to be quite annoying herself, but WTF HASEO. I SPEND 87398 HOURS AND MONEY TRYING TO GET HER TO LIKE ME AND THEN YOU SCREW IT ALL UP. >:// It's kind of aggravating because the game makes it SEEM like you have control over your character's social skills, but in the end, Haseo still does what he wants. GARRR.
I occasionally kind of want to punch Gaspard, too, but other than that, the characters are okay. AHAHAHA ENDRANCE. SO~ FULL~ OF~ GAY~~. Endrance/Haseo hot rival buttsecks?! I have to say, though, the pretty-boy look doesn't do it for me personally. I think Sakaki wins the "most attractive male" award so far. Yum.
While on the topic of fictional characters people with green hair... I'm still trying to wash the remaining green out of mine, to no avail. D: Augh. I have tried everything, including a color stripper, the diet coke trick, and just lots and lots of shampooing. The color has gotten lighter, but it is still very clearly green. I guess the next step might be to just try dyeing over it, but I have no idea if that's a good idea. I don't want my hair to turn some really mucky or otherwise unattractive color.
Other brief RL updates: Speech went well. I've had several lunch dates with old friends this past week and hopefully will have more this coming week. I am working for a few hours tomorrow morning. I kind of dread it because it's not much fun, but it's good money, and I can't argue with that. Robot Boy is away with his family for the weekend. Even though it's only 3 days, I will miss talking to him.
That's really about all I have to say. Life becomes so simple over the summer. There really isn't much to talk about.
