Training Diet - UPDATE!!!!

Sorry so long...I have been really busy, between Work, Bay Area Ren Fest Rehearsals and Chess Match rehearsals.

SO here is an update...

I weighed myself today and I am down to 238 lbs. Yeah...That is 4 or 5 lbs lost in the period of two weeks. That tabulates out to about 2 lbs a week...which is healthy weight loss speed.

That's all for now...I have to do work.
