Yes, but everything in that post is a lie, including this part.

People used to say that Reagan was an astute politician who merely *pretended* to be a doddering old fool.  But I see no evidence that Georgie is pretending.

One can also say, "It takes a brilliant cabal of viziers to achieve their goals by feining loyalty to a king who's a testosterone-crazed moron."  But the cabal behind Bush isn't achieving their goals, either, so I guess they're not brilliant enough.
