Apple Can Officially Kiss My Ass
I called apple customer service because my new ipod video that I just bought keeps rebooting. So I finally get a human on the phone and they will NOT help me because I have to pay $30 just for them to talk to me!! WTF Apple!?! I'm officially done buying Apple products because their customer service sucks ass. I'm going to sell that piece of crap ipod and get a zune, when I had problems Microsoft customer service actually helped me even though my laptop was 4 years old! I'm so glad I bought my Mac at bestbuy so I wont have any problems with that part. I'm done, I'm done, I'm done!!!
