So I thought I'd take this opportunity to well...talk about (to?), and thank, my Jesters.

So it's true. We wear masks.
I was talking to one of my jesters today, (in fact about Clown Week), and he mentioned that forced cheerfulness is creepy. I won't deny that at all (in fact, I find it rather frustrating, actually). However, sometimes a smile, whether faked or not, is all we need. I wish, dear Jesters, that you didn't have to fake, to wear a happy mask. But either way, I am grateful for your smiles and good cheer.

Thank you! I would have had so much less laughter without you guys. YOu guys are amazing, and funny, and kind, and generous. I am so honoured to know you. And, after all, it really is ok to cry sometimes. It embodies a real emotion that sometimes we feel. So, y'know...I dunno...masks sometimes get in the way?

There are times when we want something that's funny. And there are times we want something serious. And are the times when we want something seriously funny. You guys can do it all. You have helped me learn, you have taught me, amused me, comforted me. Hopefully I've occasionally done the same for you. I really appreciate it when you guys give me nuggets of wisedome and comfort, like the ones displayed here. They really mean alot to me.
