i need advice
option 1:
700 sq ft. house on 6th ave.
doesn't have much storage or closet space
have to pay all of your own utilities
has cute little touches
it's a house not an apartment
doesn't allow pets
can't paint or do much to the internal walls
have more privacy
little cute fenced yard that i'd be able to enjoy, but wouldn't have to mow
would be able to have a washer and dryer in the house
$550 a month
option 2:
834 sq ft. apartment off of 40th and bridgeport in U.P.
has 3 closets, plus a HUGE walk-in closet in the bedroom
i wouldn't have to pay sewer, garbage, or water
allows pets with a non-refundable deposit
it's a basic "cookie cutter" apartment, very bland
i don't know if i'd be allowed to paint or not
cute backyard that i'd be able to enjoy but wouldn't have to mow
washer and dryer is on-site, but not in the apartment
pool is on-site
$570 a month
