3D...
So, as I mentioned a previous post, I'm taking the Intro to 3D course again to learn Maya. I was a little iffy about it but I think I'm getting used to it now. The final project for the class, which we will be working on the whole semester is to take a toy and model it in detail... Well, the toy I brought in was a silver VW Beatle my sister got me a long ass time ago (i had a thing for them for some reason... I wanted one o.O). Anyway, after selecting it my instructor said it was a good choice so I asked him if I could just model my car. He said sure.
So i'm modeling my car. I hadn't worked on the project at until last night. anyway, i've done a lot since then. Spent about 3-4 hours in class last night and then another 4-5 hours today:
I'm not planning on doing any interior work until I at least completed the exterior as best as I can. I still need to complete the body, which includes the doors, then also add the head/rear lights and the grill. Then I also need to do the rims and tires. Looking forward to putting this all together :O
