So I haven't updated in quite some time now. I've been HELLA busy with everything you can think of. Well, maybe not EVERYTHING some of you can think of. Haha, dirty people. Well now, lets see. Heather and I are doing GREAT!! She and I only get to see one another on the weekends that I'm in town, but we talk every day, so that's nice. It sucks though when she is having a bad day and all I can do is console her over the phone. But yeah, other than that, I've been doing really good with school and music. My life in music is really starting to take off. I'm listening to music and hearing certain things in it that normally I wouldn't hear. "To the untrained ear, music is just a bunch of beeps and clicks. But to us musicians/composers, we hear all of the chord progressions and major and minor 5ths and all that good stuff. Theory is a breeze now too. I can't understand for the life of me how I failed it last Fall. I'm level 3 in Piano and am kicking ass in there too. Mrs. Green says, "You two (Greg and I) are the best level 3ers I have. You pick up on so much immediately and just build and build." See, we are in a level 1 class only because of the time. The level 3 class is an hour and a half long and at a time that I'm in a different class. So Greg Cox and I were put in the 9:10-10:05 class. The cool thing is that we don't even have to stay in the classroom. We can also go down to a practice room with a piano in it if we want to. Just show up for roll, and then leave. Sarah knows this because I see her all the time when I'm supposed to go down to a practice room.
I went to the HOT Fair on Wednesday night with Chad, Cloud, Ruth, Andi, ReyJ, Charlotte, Ashley, Lisa and Tess. Twas great fun! The quote for the night was made by Charlotte when in response to asking if she wanted to ride the "Freak Out" with us she said, "All I want is a Funnel Cake and a Beer!!!" So that was funny ass. I got kinda sick from the rides though, but twas all good. Afterwords we went to The Bee's and ate good food.
I've been working a lot but not making any money cause I don't have a car and am having to pay for other people's gas money. ReyJ, Sarah, Cloud, Andi, Ruth, Chad, and Brad. So yeah, no money for Pauly. And plus now I owe my parents $900 for half of the fixing of my car. I was supposed to get it back this weekend, but the guy is a douche and not answering the phone, so I'll have to pick it up next weekend. Douche!!
I've been working out a lot and am about to start this Baylor Training Program. It's an 8 week thing where they monitor my progress over 8 weeks and stuff. I'll tell more when I know. Plus Chapa asked me if I wanted to join his boxing club this morning. So I MIGHT do that too. My only thing is that if I get hit in the mouth, then I'm screwed as far as playing my euphonium or trombone.
I don't know what else to say. So I'll just say goodbye!!
