Back from NYC... well for a while now, actually.
I got back from New York yesterday (By far one of the best board gatherings I've been to).
Everyone was great, funny and nice. Even the friends of board members who had no idea what our message board was about were great and kept up with our in-jokes and in-discussions really well. It sucked that we all had to leave.
As with most board meetings, the surrealness of seeing people from the boards faded quickly and became very natural.
And once again, I realize how much I love big cities and how bad I want to move to one. With NY only 2 hours away from where I live now, its tempting to visit again. If things keep building with my business the way I'm going, I could possibly look into a crappy little apartment there in a few months. Tempting.
Serenity, as many have already mentioned, is beyond greatness and NEEDS everyone to go see it 4 times atleast! Time to rewatch the season 1 more time and then go see the movie again in a day or two.
