Quiet as ever... even quieter than he'd originally known it. How was any base meant to keep running when there were only the three of them there? It didn't make sense. And none of them even a proper officer or NCO. Still, not like this was the most important base ever.
Three of them, though, against more than twice their number. Tank or no tank, that wasn't good odds.
At least there was the ceasefire, still - but best check that the Blues weren't planning anything else. Morelli grabbed a sniper rifle from the armoury and headed out along the path he'd taken to get to Blue Base with Andy; maybe he'd be able to see something interesting, at the very least.
