mmmmm...corned beef

So Friday I made corned beef in the crock pot and it came out awesome! Yesterday we got sammiches (I refuse to call them 'sammies') out of it and tonight I made corned beef hash with the left over potatoes and fried eggs on top. I fucking rock!!
