This weekend was a good weekend, so that means that something is sure to go wrong in the next few days. Good news is that I have been able to type about 3 pages of my thesis, and I'm almost done with my ECA paper...yay for me!
I found a job for the Christmas holiday, at the Bombay Company in the village. The people there seem nice and I get a 50% discount on all regularly marked items, not to mention $8.25 an hour, which will be nice, considering I just spent $155.15 on a bridesmaid dress. I guess that's good because I only get really dressed up once every 4 years, so I guess it's just my time for it.
I also got to see my cousins from Ohio this weekend, who I haven't seen in a couple of years, so that made me happy. We had dinner at Bravo! for my parents' 25th anniversary, which was really nice, even though I wanted to die because the parking ramp at the Galleria was really packed and large sections of it were blocked off. It was like my worst nightmare--millions of cars, old people, teeny boppers going to dinner before homecoming and a low-ceilinged parking garage resembling a labyrinth.
Oh and I have also managed to lose my voice. Just because I know everyone wants to know.
