Housing in Davis Square
Due to the whole being underemployed thing I'd like to sublet or possibly have someone take over my lease for my room in Davis Square. ASAP through June 1st.
The summary:
-1 bedroom in 4 bedroom/2 full bathroom
-flat is located on 2nd and 3rd floors
---2nd floor: my room, kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, lg pantry, front and back porches
---3rd floor: 3 bedrooms, "sunny nook", bathroom, laundry
-room can be furnished or unfurnished
-intersection of Prichard Ave and Morrison Ave, ten minutes from both Porter and Davis
-Roomies: mix of grad students and young professionals, 2 guys 1 girl
-there is a cat living in the house
-smoking allowed outside only
-landlord lives on 1st floor
-utilities include wireless and cable, also a giant flat screen in the living room
-in house laundry, free on third floor
$700 per month plus utilities (possibly negotiable). Oil heating paid one a year in June.
