Hurricaine
Yesterday I dropped my dad off at the airport. Then I drove to aunt Lynn and Uncle Daves house.
This past week has been crazy, it began with monday being our first day of school. We recieved our new computers and our new books. I am really looking forward to this class, there will be a lot of opportunity to create our own assignments, we have a lot of input into our own education.
Tuesday Dad came to visit. I had class, so he actually just took the bus in. It took him a long time to get from the airport to the house. Then later we ate at Smokey Bonez. Wednesday was Gradfest. That was awesome. Jason Steele gave an opening statement to the Bloodlust and Sock Puppets movie- it had nothing to do with BLASP and everything to do with the rise and fall of the Roman Empire. Thursday I had Graduation and more class. I was surprised that I recieved an additional award from my Buisness Communications class.
Friday dad was supposed to go home, but he couldn't because his plane was cancelled. We spent the day together canoeing. That was fun. Saturday morning at 4am I drove dad to Tampa tot he airport. The roads were completly clear, which we didn't expect. We arrived in Tampa 5 hours early. We ate food at Perkins for an hour and a half.
The we didn't have anything else to do so I dropped dad at the airport and drove to aunt Lynns. Now we are preparing for a Hurricane.
