Yes, I do. I'm a Red Mage, I'm able to cast spells like white or black mage, with a few additional magic that only my job can do.

My own, because everyone in Vana'Diel is born with the ability to cast magic, its just being taught how to use it. Although there is also mention of the Crystals that also give powers, but I might be wrong about that.
