[A scuffle as the communicator is accidentally turned on, on audio. Two clicks and the sound of a trunk being opened. Silence for a long moment.]

I really did go home, then.

[The trunk closes, and is secured with two more clicks. Another soft sound as Layton picks up the communicator -- and notices that it's on.]

How long was I gone, Discedo?

Yes, I teach archeology at Gressenheller University in London. Nothing too terribly useful here, I'm afraid.
