I'm afraid it's too dark and too dangerous to have a supply run today. If things are better by Wednesday, perhaps we'll reschedule.

In terms of supplies? Anything that would be useful to most of the population here. For example: Food, medical supplies, clothing, hygienic supplies, stationery -- things of that sort.
