I'm afraid it's too dark and too
dangerous
to have a supply run today. If things are better by Wednesday, perhaps we'll reschedule.

Yes but we haven't had as many people as I thought we would, I guess in this city most people are used to needing to find shelter on their own.

We've spoken, yes.
Something like that, I suppose. There are others offering shelter, too, so it's good that all of the burden doesn't fall upon you.

I heard the Bar was and I am thankful for that. As much as I would not like anyone left on these streets, I find crowds...tiring.
