Why: He wanted to take a walk. Because it was a rainy day.

He swore he wasn't planning it. It just happened.
Being a bartender meant that he didn't have early morning shifts, his daylife being overtaken by his night job. Before he realized it, he had begun to live like a bat; up at night and asleep during the day. Perhaps it was the old habit in his old lifestyle, or perhaps it was the dream that he had, but that day he had woken up quiet early. He wanted to go back to sleep, but he found himself couldn't, the bright sunlight seemingly made it almost impossible for him to do so. Almost relunctantly, he sat up in bed, a hand making a blind grasp for the ROLEX watch on his bedside table.

Rain groaned. Great. He had only managed to sleep for 5 hours. It'd be bad if he fell asleep during shift. His boss would probably find a reason to kick his ass again. That guy always would. Sighing, Rain ran a hand through his brunette locks and stood up, making his way towards the bathroom. There's almost 8 hours left on the clock before he would have to go to work. Maybe he should take a walk to clear his mind off things. And besides, he was feeling hungry too.
He was barely a few metres away from his apartment when he felt it; the familiar wet feeling on his face. Frowning, Rain extended his hand forward just to make sure - and then he saw it. Raindrop. Crystal clear raindrops. It didn't take long before the rain started pouring, and Rain cursed inwardly. Damn. He didn't bring any umbrella.
