{closed/finished} A Make-up Birthday Lunch.

When: Late afternoon, after Pleasure Zone's info meeting
Why: Because Meisa missed out on Kazuya's birthday celebration at the club and wants to make up for it.

Since it was still late in the afternoon, the restaurant wasn't at it's usual level of busyness. The long reservation list at Ayaki almost always claimed time after 5 p.m., wishing to dine in a more romantic and enchanting atmosphere. Which was fine for Meisa, because she didn't yearn for any quixotic place, in fear of feeling awkward. Truth be told, they once were in a relationship during high school and it was Kazuya who broke it off, leaving Meisa quite hurt and confused. But since she wasn't the easily scorned type of woman, Meisa quickly got used to seeing him without feeling hurt and held no grudges against him. Looking back now, she was glad that they had a chance to be together, even if it didn't end as sweetly as she had thought.
She was more than relieved to get a table in a matter of minutes of their entrance. With her seat across from Kazuya, she set her purse aside on an unoccupied seat. Their waitress came quickly and brought them their menus and encouraged them to take their time in choosing their orders.
Meisa thanked her before turning her attention to the menu in front of her. "So, do you see anything you like? Because this one's on me." She said, looking up from her menu with an encouraging smile. Even though she had closed the relationship chapter of her life a long time ago, she couldn't help, but notice how handsome he still looked.
