Elsewhere but in the late hours of night...oc_musesJune 4 2005, 18:22:08 UTC
Evek, Siantira Personal Log Recording.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a dream quite like this one before. I’ve heard others speak of dreams that just rest outside of one’s conscious thoughts so that when you wake up it’s instantly forgotten yet it lingers in you mind long after the fact. I always assumed that because I’m Cardassian such things aren’t possible. But it would seem as of tonight I am wrong. Despite the fact I can remember everything about the dream it’s the ending that eludes me. Or rather pieces of it at least, I keep replaying it in my mind and every time I can’t make out the images I saw.
She pauses closing her eyes in frustration.
Perhaps if I begin from the start maybe it will all come together.
Opening her eyes she begins her expression taking on an almost mystical look as is common for her people when they tell tales. It started with me back on Cardassia Prime. I don’t know why I was there or even how I got there but everything was as I remembered it when I was a child. It was evening and the season I

Bad night's sleep last night. The nearer I get to the end of this project, the more stressed I'm becoming. I suppose it's only natural. Between screwing over the Alliance the stress of proving myself and the technical difficulties of faking a wormhole, not to mention the tight schedule and the secret communications with Tigan, I'm entitled to a little bit of worry. But it's annoying, and it doesn't help me concentrate when I can't sleep

Finally back to normal...Or is it?oc_musesJune 8 2005, 03:23:00 UTC
Personal Log: Evek, Siantira Time: 23:46
A rather mellow looking Siantira appears on the screen with Red tea in hand as she sits back with feet up on desk, marking her relaxed frame of mind. Despite what many would say I find this shift to be more relaxing then anything else. Everything is set in motion all the work has been done and all that is left is to hold the fort in one piece till the next shift begins

Acting normal...puzzle_musesJune 11 2005, 11:53:51 UTC
As Neprem finishes her fish juice and gets her things ready for the day, she realizes she is muttering a rhyme under her breath.
He will come to the palace Bearing no malice Carrying a chalice Overflowing with sweet spring wine...
Where is that from? She's not sure. It's not a nursery rhyme, though it sounds like one. After a moment, she places it: Nerys had said it was from Bareil. "He picked it up over there where the other me was from--you know, darling, the other universe. Bajorans have gods over there, it's one of their prophecies." Neprem frowns. She had been on Bajor when Nerys had met her other self, and had found it hard to believe. Oh, she had to admit that the math was all there to support the existence of parallel universes. And Nerys had shown her the interdimensional transporter once when she needed it checked for something or other a couple of years ago, and it certainly seemed like it would work. It was just very strange to envision. Other people, just like us, but not us

*cackle* Had you not seen that before? *Obviously* you are a better choice than me to handle flames! (Not that anyone's likely to flame me, seeing as how about five people in the universe *know* about this journal...)
Yeah i'm a bit behind when it comes to these things I won't lie to you on that one! but yeah definately send them over!! *EG* I've got my spork all ready to go! *cackles evilly* er...yeah...@.@;;
Hey BR, did you ever happen to save any of the other stories we wrote about Neprem and Siantira? I keep wanting to read some of their stuff, esp. that scene on the ship later where they were flirting madly, and I don't think it's in any of my journals...
