There is definitely a lot on my mind, and I'm going through tons of emotios, and there's a lot I want to write about, but for right now I wanna write about the future.

It's no secret that I am terrified of the future, but I'm also looking forward to it, and there's a lot I want to do in my life.

First of all, right after college, I would love to travel before I start my career as a teacher. I don't want to have to wait until I'm retired and old to enjoy all that the world has to offer. And it wasn't until the past year that I've felt this way. Honestly, in the past, traveling hasn't appealed all that much to me. But after taking art history, and meeting and talking to all the people I work with, I'm definitely more interested in traveling around the world. I think I will appreciate traveling more now that I'm educated on certain countries. When I was younger, Europe and Asia didn't really tickle my fancy, but now that I'm older and learning more about places, I'm real interested. In particular, I would like to go to: Ireland, Italy, Greece, Japan, Prague (yeah I know it's not a country), and Austrailia, although I'll never be able to go there because of my "illness".

I would also love travel cross country for a few months or whatever.  I wouldn't want to make it a big trip, just a small one with maybe a fiance/boyfriend or a few friends.  I've never been further than Ohio, or Florida, and the rest of the country is so different than New Jersey. Hell, north Jersey is different than south Jersey, let alone the rest of the country. I want to see Mount Rushmore, and the Grand Canyon, and the Golden Gate Bridge. I just wanna meet people from all over the place.

Second, there's a few things I really want to learn how to do.

Everyone knows that I want to learn how to swing dance, and I fully intend on it. I love swing music, I love the style of it, I love that whole era, I love dancing, I love the fast pace of it, and it's just something I really really want to do. I also really want to learn pilates.

Third, I know I'm lame, but I really want to learn how to cook. I'm well aware that I'm not Ms. Domestic, but I wish I was. I want to be that cute wife one day who's making a delicious din din for her husband, and most of all, I really want to have future Thanksgiving's at my own house. Besides for a few years in particular, Thanksgiving has always been at my house, and my mom has always slaved over everything, preparing a huge feast for my family, and I just really want to do the same for her one day.

Oh yeah, and I really want to learn how to knit. Grandma style.

Random entry I know, but I was just thinking about it.
