What if the war in Iraq was a secret concession by Dubya to Osama, made as a concilliatory gesture in recognition of losing one to the good ole' boy bin Laden? We all know how much Wahabbis and Shiites hated the Baathists. Perhaps that's why Al Qaeda has been so accomodating in keeping the American population terrified of the next attack, and so dedicated to the color-code system, and the Homeland Security Office.
