Меня в бизнес-школе учили четко выражать свои мысли. В какой-то момент мне показалось, что это универсальная ценность.

okay you ask: do you work in the industry.. reply yes.. you write: good for you no doubt, I wondered if it was humor at the first or second degree? Why because first degree-- working in the credit risk segment is interesting.. but second if you see what is happening now, the consequence is that there is a high rate of lay-offs.. which means this is now perhaps not so good for everybody..
But now if you had something else in mind.. you are welcome to precise your thoughts!
