For all the things I thought I needed
It hasn't been too long since I arrived here with Haruhi... and this place seems awfully strange, completely out of anything I've ever seen. But it's not such a bad place I guess, or at least I can get used to it for how long I'm going to be here. I wonder when we go back, do we get to keep these memories? I don't think I would have ever had the courage to say the things I said if I wasn't in this weird situation, and I'm afraid to lose it when I go back...
All the time I spent trying to be normal, only to realize that I'm pretty happy here, in the middle of such a chaotic place, but when she's here with me, it's not so bad, in fact, it gets pretty fun no matter how much I protest. What do people do around here anyway? I don't have many skills, I'm a pretty normal guy, but I wouldn't mind helping to earn my keep. Haruhi and I still need to find a place to stay.
