Ambitious and serious. I really don't think I am all that ambitious-else I doubt I would be slogging away on a PhD-am more about 'intrinsic-satisfaction' :). Serious-well, that would depend on the situation.

Always looking at people's flaws and weaknesses. WHAT??? No no not at all! I do tear to pieces my own flaws andw eaknesses, it's better to be aware of them rather than be completely oblivious to them!

Smart, neat and organized. I don't know about 'smart', but I'm hyper-organized!! so much so that I had all my books at home re-wrapped in paper, and plastic, with stencilled titles! My sister always made it a point to show off my 'neurotic-bookshelf' to anyone who was even remotely interested! lol
Sensitive and has deep thoughts. Sensitive, yes-I think as a psychologist I have become even more sensitive (well-have been 'trained' in it i guess!). Regarding deep thoughts, hmmm.....haven't really had any 'Newton' moments in a loooong time!
Knows how to make others happy. I'm not so sure of that. I have been known to rub people the wrong way!
Quiet unless excited or tensed. That would be me. I am definitely not quiet when i'm excited, but incase i'm tense or nervous about something, I think i become even quieter.
Rather reserved. I have been told I'm quite extroverted, but that could be 'coz i can jabber away non-stop if I feel like it :) but deep down, I think I am a reserved person, who really doesn't like to get her guard down.
