My brother is back for a short break from his work in East Malaysia. As usual, he brings us sisters to explore new places that he thought would be fun or served delicious foods. Around 2 days ago, he found this new karaoke place at a mall that I had never even heard of despite it's only about a 15-minute drive from our family home 😅.
I am usually reluctant to go to karaoke places because I'm more interested in eating and just hanging out rather than having to sing my head off. Moreover, this is only my second time going to such a place with my first experience at a karaoke place left me feeling happy but also somewhat embarrassed because I really don't want to attract attention to myself like that ever again 🙈.
We ended up going there anyway as I don't know have any good suggestions of where all of us should go. The karaoke place was unlike any karaoke place that I've seen or been to so far in my entire life. The whole interior design of the place was rather extravagant yet the amenities were straightforward and family-friendly. Basically everything was adorned in gold and the flooring was pretty much marble (I think) but what I found most surprising was the fact that it has a musollah since most of the karaoke places that I've seen don't really provide such a space. They even provided free flow of drinks, snacks and ice-cream that we can help ourselves to. Oh, and the washroom has walls and ceilings that are fully covered with little gold tiles.
Afterwards, we just sang along to whatever songs that we chose, although I think I sang a lot more than I intended to since both my sisters didn't seem like they want to sing that much. The session lasted for 2 hours and I just ended up feeling pretty much happy with the services provided.
We will probably come again to this place some time in the near future since it's a pretty comfortable place to hang out with family and friends.
That's all that I want to write for today. See you all la
this and that
