I own a Mac and a Subaru Outback. I will soon live on Capital Hill with a lesbian and will hopefully be working for some non-profit organization. I think if I tried to ride a fixie right now I would die. But, if it's hip, then on the list it goes. It has been a good life.

I have my nose and eyebrow pierced and my ears are even stretched (though only at a 14 gauge now they will soon be 10 gauge - and yeah, I know that's not that big, but that's what I want). Oh, and a tattoo is in the works - though not a black star.

I think I complained about parking yesterday, and I know that when I lived in Bellingham I bitched about condos. Does that count?

Sushi and microbrews...mmm...drooool...

I've been talking about going back to school ever since I left it. My current plan is Fall 2008 for a MSW.

I think I'll skip the men thing for now.

Songbird? What's with the songbird thing? Am I ignorant about something hip? How could that be?!?

I've been wanting a pet since I was two months old. And if I eat organic, of course my pet would eat organic!

And then comes the one glitch in my plan: coffee. The most stereotypical Seattle thing possible and I really don't like it. Caffeine does not work with my body - I can't handle how it makes me feel. So, I'm a poser and drink chai in coffee shops.

I don't know what it is about indie hipsters, but they have BIRDS all over EVERYTHING. Swallows or something. On T-shirts, on necklaces, on jackets, on messenger bags, on skin. I have no idea why. But birds are apparently a mandatory motif.
