(no subject)
So, it's been forever. So much has changed in my life in like the past 6 or 7 months. I moved...it sucked doing it but it's for the best. People change and you realize that (as much as it hurts) you have to move on. So I did. The new place is awesome, still need to get a few decorative things figured out...but all in all very nice :)
Went to Myrtle Beach with Ben and his family like a month and a bit ago. It was amazing! The best vacation I think I've ever had. We went parasailing, to the beach, went to Hard Rock Park (the coolest amusement park ever!!) did lots of shopping and touristy things. Ate way too much! It's no wonder so many people are fatties down there, the junk food is crazy amazing! They've got brownies in tubes (like cookie dough), ice cream floats premade in bottles, pizza rolls...etc etc. I wanted it all! They also have Dr. Pepper (and Coke's version is called Mr.Pibb!) in like every fountain...why don't they have that here in Canada?
Anyways, so I'm in Stats now...the first half's final is tomorrow...a little worried but not too bad. I've done well up until this point (shockingly enough, I was super stressed about it before I went in) and then I only have 3 weeks left of my degree. Then I will be a University graduate. Wtf! Still don't know what I'll be doing.
The job situation is kinda fucked, I've been applying for jobs for like 2 months now and whenever I get a call back or interview, once they find out I'm in school they fuck off. My cousin's wedding is in August and I know I have to go there and then visit my Dad's side in Ontario (been promising forever...) so I don't even know if I should bother looking for a real job until after I get back from that. The things is that I'm super broke, so I need to find some kind of job ASAP. So I've been applying to call centres and all that bullshit, whatever it pays the bills right?
Just joined a new gym and I love it :) My gut is shrinking! Lifting weights and going to exercise classes. It's a woman's only gym so I don't have to worry about looking super fug and sweaty ahah.
Just thinking that I might update more...all my lj friends have disappeared/stopped writing. I guess I will carry on for them :)
