Brain has been eaten by Generation Kill. Send help? Boyfriend thinks I should go a whole day without anything GK related. How silly of him! I haven't felt this fannish about anything in like forever. It is almost reminding me of the good old Kula Shaker-days (oh how I miss them).
I'm too old for this stuff. Seriously ;)
Anyways, it's Friday and I'm in a good mood. Going to a party tomorrow so I get to dress up in my new white and black checkered dress that I got for FREE! I went to this clothes trading-party which is the most brilliant idea ever. Everyone brings clothes, jewelery, shoes, bags etc that don't fit anymore or they actually never use, and then you get to take new stuff home! People brought so much stuff! I got a new pair of jeans, a black skirt, two dressy tops, a sweater, a t-shirt, a hat, and the awesome dress (thank god no one but me could fit into it :)). Everyone should try it! There was much drinking of wine and squeeing over clothes. I think everyone got lots of new stuff they were really happy with, and there was a bunch of stuff to go to goodwill as well. I definitely want to do something like it again.
