my mother received a letter yesterday in the mail from Dr. James Dobson and his group, Focus on the Family. the envelope stated "Traditional Marriage in the Balance. knowing that James Dobson was a big time christian author i chose to read it....and got a little upset.

people actually agree with him though. i've heard christians talk about how the gay people are going to indoctrinate their children with homosexual tendencies in public education.

some things are just too ridiculous for comprehension.

I don't understand how people can think that way. Well, I guess I can, but they understand concepts like that, yet they fail to recognize their own indoctrination? I wish people could think for themselves. -_-

No, I did not.... I don't have a TV, and I try not to frequent such raunchy websites. ;p But yes, I see that in your LJ, and no, I don't read it religiously (that's rather ironic, coming from you, after all *chuckles*). I do remember seeing the words "60 minutes" in the link and the little alarm in my head went off: "60 Minutes is the devil! 60 Minutes is the devil!" So I no clicky.

I heard all about it on the radio, though. One of the djs was like, "And President Bush has decided to go on two Arab television stations to discuss it." And the other dj and I - I kid you not - said simultaneous, "Aw, crap." That man deserves nothing more nor less than to be hung from a gas station streetlight.
