my sister pierced my left eyebrow last night. hmm...very swollen but it looks really cool. no bleeding and hardly any pain. i like it. i think she's [meaning Beki] might become an apprentice at a tattoo parlor. she pierced dylans eyebrow too and it looks badass. so. note to self. buy sister a piercing gun next time i have money. i wonder how ( Read more... )

i prefer dealing with modern and conceptual art. which is why my goal by the time i'm 45 is to be the curator for the MoMA [museum of modern art, NY].

i'll probably endup teaching grad students for some extra cash.

hmmm...i really am starting to like modern art as i get older.

what's wrong with teaching? my goal by the time i'm 45 is to travel around the world giving famous sold out lectures while teaching at NYU during the school year.

hey since we will both be living in nyc we should hook up some time.

it really is marvelous.

nothing's wrong with it, it's just not exactly my cuppa tea, granted, yes, teaching grad students and giving lectures will be much better than reducing myself to teaching higschoolers. iuno. we'll see, i suppose.

most def. when're you moving there?

yes sadly i fear they would probably not hire a sophmore at a local michigan college to head up their literature department. damn them and their tight requirements.

well, i don't quite know yet. i'm going there feb 12 to try to sort things out. we'll see after that. i really hope they give me a good fin. aid package considering the tuition+living is about 40K a semester. X_x

where do you live now?

that's how much Boston University is going to be for me. actually its not per semester though..its per year. i thought my choice was bad. geez.
