It is a sad state of affairs anytime anyone attacks religion. Religion is something so massive and encompasing that to define in less then a thousand words is a waste. People often define it by its larger and most horrific events, the crusades, the anti abortion homophobia stances, judgements, the priest molestation, truly awful things to define something good by. Looking at something like basketball if you define it only by the kobe rape trial and the insane amount pro ballers get paid then of course basketball looks evil, but if you break it down to the fundamentals and see what it does for kids self esteem and how teams can bring together a community its great. Sad state of of affairs, im bringin this up cause i looked it up in urban dictionary and people have nothing but nasty things to say and its just sad.
