Dear California,
I've talked to many of your residents at work this week and they promised they would send some significant rain our way.
I am at home and it's cloudy and gray and a little breezy. Rain has hit the ground but, let's be honest... not enough. My room is on the second story, I expect to see water up to my windows or we're gonna have to have another talk.
I want a cold Christmas. If it means a wet Christmas, I am fine with that. Sunny and 70 degrees does not a snow angel make.
