i attempted to make my white uniforms whiter yesterday (they're looking very dingy and compared to the apron look god awful...i don't want to get in trouble and i just don't feel...clean? i guess?). i purchased some rit whitener and brightener and borax and came home and put the uniforms in the wash along with detergent and the rit...no such luck. so, after i came home from dinner with a friend i put the uniforms BACK in the washer with detergent, 1/2 a cup of borax AND some oxyclean laundry stuff he had. again, not much of a dent. methinks i'm going to go out today and purchase some rit white wash type of thing that was next to the whitener and brightener. er, does anyone have any suggestions?

i have an appointment next week with the dermatologist. hopefully we can get this face stuff started. they need to contact my insurance/prescription plan co. to verify whether or not they can cover it. if not, i might be screwed =/
