Again, I know I must have missed mention earlier, but what is the status of your significant other and why are you not residing with him while in such dire straights?

Although it provides little help to you here and now, I would love to offer you some assistance. Unfortunately whether in Easton or Shippensburg, I am living in a tiny room while I finish out my last semester of college student teaching. If this would ever unfortunately reoccur in the future, I would love to provide space for you to get back on your feet once I have a place to truly call my own (Even last year I had a house in Ship, now I'm just crashing in a friend's storage closet for a few months until graduation).

One thing I can tell you is that the job market is at least not as dire as it seems to be down there. You could easily find some sort of work up here as long as you could find somewhere to stay, even if just temporarily.

Also, while shelter is not within my capabilities, is there anything else I could do to help out? Is there anything I could send or do to help out?

Zac and I are still together, but he can't do anymore to help me. When I moved in with Mike and Amber, I told him to go back to his parents because I knew for sure that they would give him unconditional love and support, and he would always be able to stay warm and fed. That's an offer they are only extending to him. They want nothing to do with me and keep telling him to let me die in a ditch because I'm white trash. As for his friends, Charles and Jessica were the last left to ask. He has a very small, very close-knit network of friends and we've been trying the last two months to get some help from them.

I hear that the job market is getting better up there. I'd love to be there to find out for sure. I just need somewhere I can stay for a little while to get back on my feet. Since I lost my job, I keep getting forced into situations where I have so long to find a job and then I have to leave. That's all well and good that I have a temporary place to stay until I secure employment, but what good is having a job when I have nowhere to go home to after working there for a week or two? Or what about taking into consideration that if I have 21 days to find a job, say I find a job after 14. It typically takes 14-28 days to receive your first paycheck. Then what? The few suggestions I've been given are nothing more than unrealistic ultimatums that present more problems than solutions.

I appreciate your help and your insight. If I can think of anything, Kirk, I won't hestitate to come to you.
