I have managed to make it to yoga a bit more regularly for about the past month (about two or three times a week instead once ever week or so). Tonight I finally felt the difference. I went to a really hard class, and it still kicked my ass, but I could feel that I was more flexible, and even better, STRONGER. I love that feeling. I have felt stronger than this when I was working out and doing yoga even more often, but it has been awhile.
