So the new boss gave me my review last month and also showed me the promotion she's working on for me. It's a promotion from hourly to professional, takes into account my degree and social media knowledge. I have no idea what the money will be like, but I don't care. Well I do, but the recognition goes a long way for me.

Drove me nuts, still does. He still works there, he's just not the boss. He's slightly less annoying. New boss has her moments but I am finding them easier to accept when I am going to get a promotion and raise.
