HTML help (Tutorials, @fontface, and Safari)

Mar 02, 2011 23:07

Hey ya'll!

I could use a hand.

Do keep in mind that I am astoundingly new at this, and most of the features of the site are to fill class requirements, not look nice or be overly practical. So, be gentle, and yes, I know it looks silly. We had to use content from that poetry site, believe me I wouldn't be making online poet shrines otherwise.

1. Anyone know of any good html/css tutorials that are best described as "intermediate"? I know the bare basics, but not quite good enough to be spouting mountains of code. Especially tutorials on
functions.

2. I have tried installing/using @font-face, and It... seems to be broken. What did I screw up?

3. Does this work on Safari? 3 or 4 ideally. Just needs to look normal.

I do need to add that Todd did the tea buggy picture. This is a WIP for class on Friday.
