The setting: The kitchen table, evening.
Jack is working on the extra credit part of his homework.
Jack: Katie, I need graph paper for the extra credit on my homework. Do we have any?
Katie: Ask Jeff, if we have any, he'll know it.
Jack goes off in search of the elusive Jeff.
Jack: He says we don't have any.
Katie: Well, there must be something we can do about this.
Katie fumbles at the computer for a minute and actually finds a graph paper generator and prints out a sheet for the third grader's homework.
Jack: Thanks Katie!
Jack proceeds to find 5 pencils and fumble with homework.
